General Terms and Conditions

All quotes are valid for 30 days.
Computer Whisperer has a no-returns policy on all hardware and software purchases for “change-of-mind” or “product unsuitability”.
Ad-Hoc Support and Service Terms of Engagement is available here.
All prices are exclusive of labour unless specifically stated.
Prices advertised on any of our websites are subject to change without notice.
Prices contracted are bound by the terms in that contract.
Any monthly recurring services or subscriptions are charged monthly via Direct Debit.
When requested, a Direct Debit Request (DDR) form must be completed and faxed back within 3 business days.
You are welcome at any time to a 7 day account on any non-recurring service or product.
Overdue invoices may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Minimum term is 12 months.
At any time you may decrease your allocated storage quota if your actual storage is equal to or less than.
At any time your allocated storage may not fall below the lowest previous month’s storage allocation in the same contract.
Storage allocation is in 5GB increments.
Free technical support is only available via our Support Forum for customers on the Professional package.
Phone and/or Remote support is available for purchase on any service or product.
